Commitment Manager

Commitment Manager ensures all enterprise wide commitments  made to a customer are monitored and delivered on time.  It is a primary requirement to ensure customer delight.   Features include:

  • Issue management process: 1. Define Issue → 2. Agree Desired Outcome → 3. Create/manage Task(s)
  • Issues can be generated from many sources
  • Customer can generate an issue on-line
  • Customer can view progress on-line (optional)
  • Problem analysis, root cause analysis
  • Recurrences enabled – e.g. monthly commitment
  • Commitment register
    • Issue summary with drill down detail
    • Planned outcome with drill down detail
    • Task with drill down detail
    • Status monitor
    • Date colour based on due dates (red if late)
    • % Complete
  • Graphical view (Gantt) of all commitment outcomes and tasks by account (customer or supplier)
